Aspirations Strategy Day at Taronga Zoo
The Aspirations Wealth team recently came together for our annual Strategy Day, this year held at the stunning Taronga Zoo in Sydney. With the harbour as our backdrop and the sounds of wildlife around us, it was the perfect setting to step back, reflect, and focus on what matters most - you, our clients.
The central theme for the day was identifying and reducing friction points across our business so that every interaction you have with Aspirations Wealth is as smooth, efficient, and enjoyable as possible. From streamlining our communication processes to enhancing the way we prepare for and follow up after your review meetings, our team workshopped practical ideas to continuously improve your experience.
We left the day energised and united in our commitment to delivering the exceptional level of service our clients have come to expect. Congratulations to Vanessa Olguin, who received Aspirations’ first Employee of the Year award in recognition of her tireless support for clients and her willingness to help colleagues whenever needed.

Congratulations Sarah Mross on Promotion to Practice Manager
We are thrilled to announce that Sarah Mross has been promoted from Client Service Officer to Practice Manager.
Sarah has been an integral part of the Aspirations Wealth team, and her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care for our clients have made her the perfect fit for this new role. As Practice Manager, Sarah will play a key leadership role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly and that the high standards our clients deserve are maintained across the business.

Jess Tillinger & Allana Swain
As our team continues to grow, we are excited to introduce two wonderful new members who have already made a fantastic impression.
Jess Tillinger - Client Service Officer
Jess has joined the team as a Client Service Officer and will be looking after Rik's clients, a role previously held by Sarah prior to her promotion. Jess is a dedicated customer service professional who is focused on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional support. Outside of work, Jess loves catching the sunrise, travelling, and enjoying beach days with her family. If you are one of Rik's clients, you will be hearing from Jess soon, and we know you will love working with her.
Allana Swain - Client Service Officer
Allana has come on board as a Client Service Officer and will be assisting Jen's clients. Allana brings with her a financial planning background, which means she already has a strong understanding of the advice process and what our clients need. Outside of the office, Allana enjoys spending quality time with her family and two young sons, as well as attending live music events.
Both Jess and Allana already feel very much part of the Aspirations family, and we are confident you will enjoy working with them as much as we do.
